Cisco Information Systems advantages and disadvantages:
  In this section we are focusing more on the beneficial side of the systems that Cisco is using and it limitations, which is what we believe about these systems:

Advantages of Cisco IS are many, including:
1-      Improved quality of the data that enter the system, by minimizing the human error and entering duplicates.
2-      Making the work flow in the system too fast and efficient, this gives data that Cisco need at same time.
3-      Cisco keep most of the application that provided linked together which create relationship between all systems as one system (In ASR3000 hardware)
4-      Employees can work anywhere and everywhere, to improve the effective and efficiency in company (using the teleworking solutions).
5-      Cisco creates systems that are able to find and solve the problems and conflates (IT professional team).
6-      Improving Customer relationship management by providing them what they need in on front store created for them and it have complete buying process, which is saves their time and money (storefront).
7-      Cisco provides secure systems solutions for business to protect privacy for the business (code of conduct web 2.0 online system and IronPort).
8-      Cisco keeps finding new methods and ways to keep their customers and suppliers pleased by providing them what they need.

Disadvantages:
1-      New employees lack the knowledge on how to deal with Cisco systems. It causes troubles in Cisco by increasing the training costs.
2-      Cisco can't protect bad usage of their systems; its systems can only minimize it (like a corrupted employee that sells important information out of the company).
3-      Their systems could be a little bit complicated
4-      Limitation on some applications, like the software.
